Micromax Mobiles — Issue not resolved from 3 months

I have given my phone on 14 april my problem is not fixed still.they gave me another phone to use that too in very bad condition.its touch is not working properly and it is leaving network again and again .they also promised to give my phne bac in 10 days but tym is over and on website it is still showing that it will take 21 days.my job sheet no.
