I had given my mobile for repair under Guarantee Period at M/s VI Communication, Radhey puri exten., Jagat puri, Delhi-110051 vide their receipt No.N[protected] on 1-9-2015, But till date my mobile phone was not repaired and fate of my phone is uncertain as told by their staff. No time has been given to me for delivering of my Mobile Model no.A-99 Micormax express. I request the complaint Board to kindly take-up the matter with the company so that I will get my mobile at the earliest. KANIKA [protected]
