Micromax Mobiles — NO REPLACEMENT OF BATTERY | |||
Sir, I have purchased a micromax X249 phone on 19.10.2014 in Jaipur. After few months, battery of the phone was not working properly. I went to NEW SANGANER ROAD SODALA JAIPUR service centre & deposited my phone's battery and they told me that as the battery is under warranty so battery will be replaced in 15 days.Job sheet dt 10.02.2015 has given to me. After 15 days, I went to service centre they again told me to come after 15 days and it was repeated again and again. After that they told that battery will be sent via courier but i did't get my phone's battery till now. Now if I call service centre they do not give me satisfied answer.
