Micromax Mobiles — Power does not switched on...complaint date 14/08/2015 | |||
I got a problem (Power does not switched on) in my Micromax doodle -3 mobile, and submit my handset to Customer service center (M/S Trisha Enterprises), Maansarovar complex, bhopal . They gave me a date (03/10/2015) to repair my handset. But on 12/09/2015 and 15/09/2015, i got messages from Micromax, that my handset has been repaired and collect it from service center. When i reached at customer care center, there i got a reply from service center manager that ...Micromax wale to bina repair kiye set wapas bhej dete hai, or unko hame hi repair karna padta hai. Then manager gave me the same date 03/10/2015 for contact again. I again contact to service center on 03/10/2015 and they give me same reply that your handset not repaired and please contact us again 08/10/2015. I am very surprise that the huge company given this type of services and not think about customer mind. Customer is as direct advertisement of any company product.
