I am rituraj chaubey, I have purchased a phone micromax canvas A120 on dated 08/06/2015 .
After some time i got some problem in phones touch screen and i submitted it at micromax service center for repairing and they repaired it .
But i got same problem again and again and now i have submitted my phone 5th time in micromax service center for same problem.
I have submitted my phone 4th time on 1st May 2016 and i received it on 23rd May 2016 with same problem because of it i have re submitted it on same day ie 23rd May 2016 for 5th time and i have not received any confirmation for my phone till now.
I have requested to micromax for issue me new phone instead of my phone because of they are unable to repair it for 5 times so there is no guarantee that they can repair it in future.
And i have already faced much problem because of this phone so i have purchased a other phone for my temporary use.
Kindly suggest me what should i do.
