Micromax Mobiles — problem I n micromax phone A 102 doodle | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this mail because I am very dissatisfied with the quality of service from the service centre of Micromax mobile. I had purchased micromax doodle A102 phone on dated 17/11/2014 from SHUNTY BHATIA INFOCOM, FARIDABAD but after using it for one week this phone has started complaining .The ongoing call is cutting continuously while calling .I had submitted my phone to SIMRAN COMMUNICATION, FARIDABD(service centre) for checking and they had taken 1 month for repairing the same but after repairing, the problem was continued and again I had submitted my phone to service centre for four times but my problem is unresolved. Micromax service centre has been submitted my phone for around 2 months but problem has not been resolved .i think this is manufacturing defect in the phone .and also they replaced my set with the some old used phone but again in this second phone I m facing the same problem of cutting calls and also radio is not working .Sir these people of Micromax are making fool and phone.I am very frustrated with this phones of micromax and the very bad service fromservice centre.
