Micromax Mobiles — Replacement of micromax canvas gold A 306 model in warantee period

I had purchased micromax canvas gold model no. A300 from jalna dist. jalna of maharashtra state, india on 22/10/2014 from S.K. Watch co.whose bill no. is 1829, but the mobile was hanged and its power does not switch on. During the warrenty period i had given mobile to your service center at M/S Shree Enterprises Osmanpura, Aurangabad on 24/07/2015 for replacement / service. The service center had assured me to give mobile with in 30-45 days. But till today it is neither given nor replaced.The job no. is W[protected] . in such circumstances i have no option to lodge this complain. you are kindly requested to give me assurance to resolve the problem along with time period and replace the mobile. if i will not get the instrument with in the period of 15 days, i have to go for consumer forum/ Court.
