Recently we purchased a Micromax canvas 5 through Flipkart, On the very first day while charging the phone it was getting charged and the charge went down to 40% without being used. Now we placed the request for replacement and that has been rejected by your company as per the message received from Flipkart. We are really disappointed with the way of your quality of product. We have been using micromax products for long time since it was an indian company. Request you to kindly take steps for replacement of mobile .
