Micromax Mobiles — Replacement of original phone

I brought mobile phone micromax canvasfire 2 on sept 2014. due to charging problem I reached to micromax care on 08/2015. They told me that we give your phone after 20-25 days. after more than a month, yesterday he call me and told that my phn has been repaired. When I went there, he provided me a phn in very bad condition.That was not my phn as its serial no. was different. When I refused to take that phone, he told me that the motherboard was burnt an so they have sold the other pats without informing me. So I have to take that phn.
