Micromax Mobiles — the mobile is lost

Respected Sir/ Madam, My Cousin lost new Micromax Yu Yureka device. Is there any way to submit any complain regarding that? is there any way to track the device or block the device? the IMEI No: [protected] I have already called the micromax toll free no : [protected]. But they denied for that and said that we are not responsible for that. I used the Idea sim No: [protected] with that device. So what should I do? What are the procedure to track or block the device? or to whom i should go for complain. Is there any way to get the lost phone back? Please help me for that. Hope for positive reply. Thanking you.
