[Resolved]  Micromax — Money wasted with Micromax Canvas Turbo A250 within 3 months of purchase

Hi I have purchased my Canvas Turbo A250 on 2-Jan-14 and within3months it has stopped working. it is getting restartedevery now and then. Itis giving error thenprocess android.com has stopped. have also visited servicecenterand they say there is issue in PCB and need to replace which can has 35days ofSLA. How do u justify this 35 days of SLA? If it is 35 days SLA thenwhat is the alternative solution for customer? I had called to Customer Care number [protected] but it said thatI need to write to this. It would be greatif you can provide me with a person having authority to take anydecision. It’s highly disappointing and pathetic. I will neverpurchase any Micromax product ever in further. will also spread the same onSocial Network.
