Micromax — My cellphone not repairing

I am shailendra from ghazaibad . i bought micromax phone whose IMEI/ESN NO. [protected]/[protected], item name A104(W&GLD), Model Code: SERMOB0518 . After few month There was a problem in detecting its display touch screen not working. then i gave my mobile to get repair to micromax service zone tele centre 92 ambedkar road near kalkagarhi chowk ghaziabad, uttar prades pin code 201001, contact no -[protected]. It seems they are not bothered at all for repairing of the mobile and every time informing that it will be repaired very soon. It has been over a month since I gave my mobile..
