[Resolved] Micromax — Need status and delivery date of my phone

Dear, I need to know the details of my phone Canvas 4 A210 series, which I gave for service center on 18th Nov. I have no clue on what is going on with my phone, every time I visit the service center they say the hardware is not shipped. So I want to know the exact problem of my phone as its been more than 15 days they are saying same problem. Job sheet number is 13455187.
