[Resolved] Micromax — Network drop problem | |||
Hi My name is Maya Balmiki. I had purchased Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 on 15 September 2014 and it is just 1 month, my phone is facing network drop problem. I had a word with the customer care dept and thereafter, i submitted it to gurgaon service center on 13th November, 2014. My job sheet number is N[protected]. Its been 15 days my phone is not delivered to me. Whenever i call them, their response please wait for 1 week. I don't know what the problem is. I want a proper solution for the same.
