My self Niranjan, my father bought Micromax A111 and unfortunately its fallen while driving bike and display broken completely. I given it in service center in Velacherry, Chennai. From then onwards my problem started. After replacing the display, the signal was not good and unable to do / receive calls, but everything (Blue tooth, wifi, FM) is fine and again I gave it to the same service center. After 1 week I got call from them and i went to take it .
When i put the SIM, no change still same problem. When I showed it to them they said give it back and come next day. OK, I went next day and got my phone after waiting 2 hours. When checked it the signal strength is excellent, but, the screen guard was scratched very badly ( I doubt whether its my original screen or not?), Blue tooth dead, FM dead. When I called the service person and asked for the reason, he said "Sir, use it for some days as you are going for out station, and bring it back as we don't have time to work on your mobile". I have to start to my home town, so I don't have other way.
This is how the MMX service centers are working. Now I have to visit the same MMX service center again to rectify the new issues. Even I saw people shouting here after not going to use MMX products and spread the same because of the bad after sales service.
Micromax people have to take care about it if they want to keep old customers. Was this information helpful? |
