Micromax — Never ever purchase Micromax mobile.Such a pathetic after-sales service

Job sheet no: 1:[protected] 2:[protected] 3:[protected] Service centre: LUCKNOW What the hell!!! is wrong with you guys.From 9/6/15 till 18/8/2015 my phone has been submitted to your service centre for 4 times. Such a shiitty & pathetic service is really intolerable.You guys don't know how to rectify the issues in your phone.It's been three months from now I haven't put my hands on the phone. Your service centre guys always give silly excuses & persuade me to wait for 1 month or more each time & when they hand me the phone each time it's gone nuts!!!Same old issue persists.They don't know how to repair or whatever or should I say they don't want it to repair?They are playing with me or fooling me by lingering on. I'm pissed off with this issue after such miserable treatment by MICROMAX.I'll never ever purchase MMX handset in future nor will I recommend it to anybody.You guys are such unprofessional people beyond my words & imagination. WARNING!!! It's one hell of a last time, I've already approached Consumer Forum & will sue your company & make sure you guys taught a lesson of your life. Now my only demand is I will not accept that handset which is made irreparable by your inept service centre team.I WANT A BRAND NEW HANDSET IN PLACE OF MY FAULTY DEVICE.EITHER GRANT IT OR GET READY TO FACE THE HEAT.I'LL DEFAME MICROMAX IMAGE ON EVERY SOCIAL-MEDIA PAGES & MAKE SURE EVERYONE GET TO KNOW ABOUT THIS INCIDENT & HARSH TREATMENT INFLICTED ON ME BY MICROMAX.SURELY I'LL APPROACH SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES OF NEWS CHANNELS ALSO LIKE NDTV. AND ALL IN ALL GET READY FOR THE TRIAL IN CONSUMER COURT WHERE I'LL DEMAND HEFTY COMPENSATION AMOUNT FOR ALL THIS MENTAL HARASSMENT. MICROMAX BEWARE!!!
