[Resolved]  Micromax — No co-operation

I want to explain my experience with micromax. I have phone of m max. I have to repair it, i went to sector 41 D Chandigarh service centre for repair. The service centre was closed perhaps that was a holiday. I noted down the working hours as 10:00 Am to.6:30 Pm. I reached today 6:01 Pm, the employee there said work is stopped, he refused to listen me. Even i explained i came from 15 Miles away. After all i talked to customer care employee Mr. Lalit, i elucidate my problem to him, after five minutes he was ready to talk with service centre employee. In end of the conversion he refused to co operate with me. So this is the tardy approach of a employee of big name company MICROMAX.
