Micromax — no display in the mobile model no.GC-232 and IMENo-[protected]

Sir i had purchased the mobile model No.GC-232 and IMENo-[protected] ESN No-[protected] from RAJA SELECTION shop no. 60-B station area kota junction.on 20/02/2015 the mobile was giving trouble and no display is coming . it was sent to service centre kota vide customer id[protected] dated 25/05/2015. they have assured that that it will replaced/repaired within 20 days time. but sorry to say that 22 days has been passed and now they are saying that it will take another 20 days. this shows that performance of the the company in the case of warranty repair is very poor. pl look in the matter and get the problems solved urgently or replace the mobile with new one keeping all my contacts intact. early action in this regard is apprecited.
