Micromax — no proper response from micromax regarding a led tv replacement under warranty | |||
Topic - escalation on micromax led tv service. Good day. Need your help to pass this case to a relent escalation team, as not getting a proper support from micromax service center. Issue : i have purchased microvax 40inch led tv on 2018 jan 21st and it was triggered an issue with led panel after 5 month of purchasing. But even i have confident on the service part of micromax and opened a ticket for replacing the same. But after moved to support there is no solution from past 3 months. Initial verification was over from technician 3 months before and notified for replacement of the device. But there is pathetic response from service center, from past three months their telling new device not arrived, pending for billing. I have completely loosing the confidence on micromax now. First time i am getting this kind of pathetic service from your end. There is no proper replacement for a warrantied device from past three months even after the notification for replacing the device from technician. Where it is pending why it is taking this much long duration. I am loosing the trust, so please either return my money back or replace my device before 10th october. Also not receiving a proper response from kerala delivery primary point of contact as well after agreeing for multiple eta. Don`t know what kind of supports are providing to customers...
