Dear Sir,
I had bought Micromax Mobile, Model: A350 in the month of October 2014 last year.
On 29th May 2015 I had submitted my mobile to Micromax Service Center (Address: Manimajra, Chandigarh. Ph. No:[protected] due to Flickering Problem in the display.
My Job sheet No is : N[protected].
On 5th June 2015 (8th day) I went to the service center, on enquiring that has the phone been repaired the service Center people (Ms Manpreet & Ms Bittu) informed me that the part has been ordered but it is not available now & I will have to wait indefinitely. To this is raised a complaint on 5th June 2015 at Micromax Customer Care and got a complaint no: MMX[protected]. And was told the repair will be done soon.
On 13th June 2015 (16th day) I again went to service center to enquire about my phone, to this the service center person (Ms Manpreet & Ms Bittu) again told me that the phone has still not been repaired and the company does not have spare part for this phone.
I again called up Micromax Customer Care on 13th June 2015 and explained them the case. They again gave me got a complaint no: MX[protected]. But on asking the date when I will get my phone, they had no answer.
Today 18th June 2015, 21 days have passed, I called up the service center to ask about my phone & date when it will be delivered. They had no answer.
Dear Sir, Through this forum I want to submit my complaint against Micromax for the Negligent attitude towards customer & causing harassment.
If still I do not get resolution within 48 Hrs of receipt of this mail, I will be taking up this matter with consumer court
I shall be thankful if you could help me out in this matter.
