Micromax — No replacement for defective micromax handset even after 7 months

I purchased a " MICROMAX CANVAS A300" nine months ago. After 2 months it started hanging. service center in berhampur sent to the main branch, tried to repair, but it was still not functioning correctly. now its been 7 months, they have my malfunctioning handset. they say, they will replace it with a new model, but still no reply. Nothing has progressed on ground. i have spoken to customer care so many times, visited the service center in the city i live. but all i am told is to wait. Was this information helpful? micromax is probably one of the worst electronic company in india. products are bad, and service is so poor.
