Micromax — NO response even after ticket raise :Ticket no :YU73722 .

Hello When i faced problem with screen started sending e-mail to [protected]@yuplaygod.com( starting from Apr3'rd), Immediately i used to get reply back as 24-48 hours will have the update but no update ever after 48 hours .Again sent e-mail on 7'th April but no reply apart from auto generated e-mail .So realized no one monitoring mail, Then started called to your stupid support people at lost they through one ticket no YU73722 on me.Every day calling about status of YU73722 and i am same response as server down server down .420 cheaters what you people wanted to do with customers . How long it will go ?Need immediate assistance as 15 days are over .

friend you did a big mistake trusting micromax. They have the worst customer support in the whole mobile industry. i have faced it too. they kept my mobile with them for more than 4 months and still lying there and no response from them. cheap company with cheap products and cheap service.
