[Resolved]  Micromax — No response from Micromax service center

Hi, I, Gaurav Yadav, bought Micromax A106 in Aug month. There was some problem with headphone socket in phone as it is not accepting any headphone. I've submitted my phone (IMEI-[protected]/[protected]) at Micromax Service center (Best Tech services) Shop no. 123, FF, Vasishta Complex, Sikanderpur, Gurgaon-122002, on 30th Sep, 2014 with Job sheet no. N[protected]. They asked me to collect the phone within 5-7 working days. I've been chasing them @[protected] since then, but no proper information been given to me. Even I do not have spare mobile to use, due to which I've missed many important calls since 13-14 days. Please somebody look into the matter urgently as I am suffering professionally and financially due to no contact no. operating. Regards Gaurav Yadav [protected]@yahoo.com
