Micromax — Non-functional Brand new Q335 still not repaired even after 1 month !!!!

I bought a Micromax Q335 phone in July. Within 3 days of minimal use, it shut down by itself. Due to personal reasons, it took me another 10 days to go to the Customer care/ Service center @ Palarivattom to register my complaint (On 29 Jul 2015). I was informed that since it has been more than a week after my purchase, I am not eligible for a replacement and was asked to leave the phone at the service center for repair and check back in 10 days. After 2 weeks (on 13 August), I went to the service center only to be told that the parts have not yet arrived due to which it will take another week for the repair work to be completed. Today (25 August 2015), I again contacted the center only to be given the same reply!!! Since I would be out of town and will not be back for a week and require the usage of my cell phone, I requested the agent to provide me with a temporary replacement while they carry out the work (for god knows how much more time). My request was declined. I then asked for an email address of Regional manager or a higher authority so that I could document my complaint. (At that time, I did not have access to internet to go online and find the emails ids on this 'to' list). The agent would only give me a cell number for his boss and was not ready to provide an email address!!! I tried reaching at the number provided and even after multiple attempts failed to get anyone to pick up the call. I then called back at the service center number only to be told "please keep retrying". I had to threaten legal action before the agent was ready to provide me with the this email id (supposedly this is the email id of the Regional manager of the grievance cell). Do you honestly mean to say that you have a service center where the employees do not have access to such basic information that any Product company or service center is expected to have ? Apparently the delay is due to the fact that replacement parts for this model has not yet been provided to them from Micromax!!! Since I was leaving town for a week, I requested that the phone be returned to me after repair by close of business on 27 August 2015. or refund my money. I have already waited for a month and only reponse received was a mail asking for IMEI numbers which I gave. eversince then, all emails to their customer service id are bouncing for lack of space!!! They havent even given me a job sheet number, only a piece of paper containing my contact number and the phone's model and IMIE numbers !!!
