Micromax — Non repair of Micromax mobile in warranty period | |||
I have purchased Micromax Canvas juice A177. After 6 months the handset volume was reduced drastically. After few months, I have taken my handset to service center. The have returned my handset after 1 week but problem was not resolved. They told me to use the mobile for 1 week to confirm the issue. The problem was increased and handset started switching off automatically. After 1 week, I have again submitted my mobile to service center. They told that they have to submit the handset to head office and may be we have to change the mother board, if required. Finally I received my handset after 3 weeks and I am surprised that I problem is still persisting. When I told the it is not working properly they told it is repaired to the maximum extend and i have to use the mobile as it is. Actually no service was done by micromax or problem is such that they cannot resolve. Now Micromax is just wasting my time and now 11 month is over and my mobile is now idle at the home. If I go to service center they will keep my mobile for 1 month and returned. And later they will tell warranty is over. I received call from micromax regarding the service quality, I informed the issue. They assured that they will get back to me. But no response. I have lost my money and faith from micromax now. I purchased micromax A 120 last year. After exactly i year an usual problem developed. When the phone is in switch off position it was charged and when switch on it charging was interrupted. I visited the local service centre and discussed about the problem. The technician opened and suggested that their is problem in mother board which is to be changed for that the phone to be sent to company . I asked what will be the return time, then the answer was not less than 1 month. The second problem was the screen was becoming black from the top for that no reply towards the service station . Only suggestion the phone to be sent to company without that no solution. From that day onwards their is no faith over micromax phone. It was not technically proven since the reply was to the change the mother board. Secondly service provider reply is not satisfactory to satisfy the customer technically.
