Micromax — NON RETURN OF PRODUCT( MOBILE MICROMAX A116) AFTER 1 YEAR

I HAD GIVEN MY MOBILE MICROMAX AII6 FOR REPAIR ON JANUARY 2014 TO AUTHARISED SERVICE CENTRE, TECH BEAM, 2 FLOOR, AMK COMPLEX, NEAR PRINTER CARE, POTHOLE ROAD, THRISSUR PIN-680004.THOUGH THE PRODUCT WAS WITH IN WARRANTY PERIOD I HAD TO PAY RS4850.BUT THE PRODUCT WAS NOT WORKING.SO I RETURNED IT TO THEM FOR SERVICE.ITS BEEN I YEAR THEY HAVENT RETURNED THE PRODUT YET.I CONTACTED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES. BILL NO IS 2553 ON 11/3/2014.PLS DO REPLY THANK YOU

now customer care is asking for job card no...but micromax service center is much more cunning. they wont provide the jod card no so that i cant complain.They are saying that they will sort the problem themselves...i have seen them do so for past 1 year...i just feel helpless
