[Resolved]  Micromax — Not getting mobile from Micromax which is sent for repairing

I purchased Micromax A290 mobile on 30th Aug 2014. And the issue of Touch button light occurred on 9th Sept2014. I had given my mobile to micromax service center (Vasai Road (W)) on 10th Sept 2014 and they sent mobile to factory. THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM EITHER SERVICE CENTER OR CUSTOMER CARE TILL NOW. Whenever I am calling to customer care they are giving me different different date. And the worst thing is that even after spending above Rs. 11000 and It almost 28 days passed and I don't have mobile till now. Regards, Shrikant Modi Mob. [protected]
