Micromax — not getting my problem solved from last 8 months.

I have submitted my handset to micromax authorised service center before 8 months due to non working of touch panel. People from service center have lost or sold my mobile and now they are trying to give me tempered handset. They replaced the IMEI sticker of a handset. When I checked the handset, IMEI on handset sticker was different then IIMEI showing on screen IMEI. Higher authorities are not resporespondiresponding properly. Please do needful.
