I bought a new mobile Micromax Bolt D320 (EMEI /ESN NO. [protected] / [protected]) on 9th July 2015 which was creating a lot of problem from the day 1st.I went to service centre SP-MOBILE SERVICE POINT, KARANCHI KHANA, KANPUR where I was told that the problem is in motherboard so your handset will be sent to company for repairing.I opposed for repairing because company replaces the set within 7 days if the set is defective but they refused.After so many visits, finally around one month after on 4th August 2015, Mr .Ashsish showed me a DOA Letter and suggested me to sign & submitt the receiving which was given to me at the time of submitting mobile to the service centre & adviced me to come after 2 days to collect the new handset.Till then I dialed Mr. Ashsish hundreds of time but he is giving no satisfactory answer to me .All the relevant documents are attached herewith. Kindly suggest what to do? Should I go for F.I.R ?
