[Resolved]  Micromax — not gud response from sai info tech service centre wasim bhai person and taken more than 1 month but still mobile not handed over to me.

I have given my micromax a117 mobile to sai InfoTech service centre maninagar, Ahmedabad. I have submitted my mobile on 28/10/2014. but till now they have not resolved problem. they first inform me to have touchpad problem, after 15 days they told me to send mobile to company after 15 days they told me mobile transfer from company to head office. whats this? is this your real procedure? plz look into matter. it is more than 1 month and still they told more 15 days we want...plz look into matter or replace mobile with new one.
