I have log a case to micromax service center at kalyan on 1st June 2014 still my phone issue not resolve again 21st June 2014 i have log a case and still i didn't got any response from service center and Email Dept.
Request you to please take action to Micromax and resolve my issue.

Team,

Every Day i call service center and every person give me the different
different answer, like someone says it will take 5, another person say
it will take 15 days. i got only date from 1st June 2014 to till date no
one can provide me the proper update.Today its completely 1 Month to my phone kept in service center.i
got the very poor service from micromax and we will not purchase any
micromax phone now onwards. because of this service issue.this is the very worst service.

I haven’t received any proper update yet. Kindly let me know by when I can expect my phone.its more than 6 Week now. and you guys always says issue on high priority.What type of priority you have i dont know??
please provide me your escalation matrix & TAT (turn around time) of your service.
