[Resolved]  Micromax — Not receiving the cell phone given for repairs

Sir, I am Deepak Tauro I purchased a Micromax Bolt A089 Black. I bought it online from snapdeal company. It served well only for a short time. Sometimes It would not charge at all and often would not store the power charged. Since i travel regularly, . I gave twice to the service centre in Ranchi, Jharkhand. They did a bad job and the problem continued. On the 31 October I gave it in Muzaffarpur, Bihar. They were better. They promised to return it in 10 days. I have not received it yet. I rang up to them this evening and they told me that they had placed order for charging connector and a new battery. The company has not sent it yet. Please look into my grievance and do the needful at the earliest. My jocky no as reported by your service centre at Muzaffarpur is[protected] I will count on you for a speedy action.
