Micromax — not recieved headset from service center from last one month | |||
Hello sir ...I am AZIZ .K. DOHADWALA ..i had submitted my headset micromax canvas gold A300 on 25th june 2015 in borivali branch for not working light on back button of my headset...but button was working ...only light was not working..so i submitted it to service center ...they have told me that it will take 20 days for problem to be solved ...but i got a call from them after 10 days only...and when i went to receive my headset the problem was not solved and they told again 10 days for problem to be solved ...and after that till now i have not recieved my headset..it was a minor problem but they take a too long period ...i am totally dissatisfied ...i request all my friends nd relatives to not to buy micromax headset Was this information helpful? | |||
