Micromax — not recieved my brand new phone..

sir, my brand new micromax xpress a99 which was just 15 days old, it has touch problem out of the box. i had submitted it to MS GLOBAL MOBILE CENTRE LG-24 GLOBAL MOBILE CENTRE SRI RAM PLAZA BANK MORE DHANBAD. they are not responsing from 2 weeks and just saying call after 2 days. plz help. job sheet no-* E[protected]
