Micromax — Not Repair Mobile In Warranty Service | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, My mobile Micromax A37B was display Touch is not function, so I gave to Micromax Service Center at Midnapore, M/s. R.N. Telecome last 09.09.2015. My job sheet no is E[protected] dated 13.08.2015. But still now not repair the mobile. I have many work in this mobile, so please give me mobile as early as possible... otherwise give me new one. I would like to inform you that I have a micromax phone model A-102 which is under warranty.
since last one or two month back my phone is not working properly and visit the your kalkaji customer care service station on dtd 11/8/15. They said motherboard have some fault and its take 20-25 days, they will send to L-2 level. We had submitted our phone their. After one week i got call from service center that your phone is ok pl come and take. We took the phone on 18/8/15
That day it work but battery discharged very soon. we had changed the charger but not working properly.
next day i gone to shop from where i brought this mobile, think that may be some software problem. But he said pl go to service center again and told them this is not working.
I visited again service station on 8/9/15 and told my phone problem
1. it switch off every within 5-8 mins
2. automatically download any thing. I have a small kids pl understand what type of photos loaded. I had showed this to customer care executive too..
3. Sometime touch screen will not work

customer executive seen and said that motherboard not working again and power does not switch on and this will go to L-3. I donot know what is L-2 and L-3 level
I just know that I am facing lots of problem and my work is suffering.
I request him pl issue me new phone. He said pl talk to customer care and mail them for new mobile because this mobile will not work. he kept the mob. in his locker and said when we get any information from service center head then we will repair your phone.
Sir it is request you pl do my favour and issue the new phone otherwise keep the phone in your locker
