Micromax — not repaired in time

i have micro max A089 bolt mobile since i taken its 2nd sim, picture rotation, sound of incoming noisy problem was there, i gave to repair but since 1.5month they did not return my mob. i given in sec-18 they never attend phone of any body even went personally they only says come after one week.this is very bad service. company shoud take action on this service center.my job id is-n[protected]
