Micromax — Not Repairing my Mobile

I have submit my mobile to service center for repair on 2nd sept 2014 and they said it will take 10 days. and when i contact to them after 10 days (12 sept 2014) first they are not picking my phone and after 20 times they pick and said it in not OK till date and contact after 10 days. I am very sad after buying Micromax Mobile because of service center. Please solve my issue asap. Your complaint number- MMX[protected] The job Sheet No- "N[protected]"
