[Resolved] Micromax — Not repairing the cell phone on time under warranty period | |||
I have given my cell phone on 2 DEC 2014 for repairing in Micromax Service Center. They have told me a specific period under which they would be able to repair the cell phone. It has been 10 days and till now they have not repaired. They are telling that the it will take 20 more days for repairing.Either they have lack of facility or they actually don't want to do the job. This is not the first time it is happening. I have gone to this service centre earlier also for repairing my cell phone. At that time also they have take around 1 month for repairing and they had told me 10 days would take for it.
