Micromax — Not replacing or repairing my Handset more than 1 month at Service Centre

I had brought a handset named Micromax Mobile Canvas 2.2 of model
A114W. It had developed some complaint and had given at service centre at Ernakulam 682016, for repairs on 16/03/2015.
Even after a month had passed, there is no information as to when it
will be returned back in working condition. On enquiry at Service centre at Ernakulam they are saying that it has been sent to Delhi Service centre and had to wait 15 more days. Now its more than one month and when I called Delhi Service centre they are asking to wait another one month. So for two month time the handset is not been made available to me. As a company good gesture, I need a replacement than waiting unending time waiting for getting it delivered back to me. I am facing very much difficulty of missing the mobile for such long time for repairs and still no whereabouts of its return. It had barely worked for 6 months with me, till it is with your service centre at New Delhi as said by the Ernakulam service centre.
I would beg to request you to replace the same and give me another set
so that I am not be put to such difficulty and hardships.
