[Resolved]  Micromax — Not satisfied with Service and replacement they are giving.

Dear Sir / Madam, As I had purchased Micromax P580 Tablet as it was new and I started facing problem as touch was not working properly and was hanging in between as it was under warranty. I was on a work trip to Moradabad I went to the service center for checkup with the tablet and came to know that it will take 10 to 15 days for repair, As I am from Delhi so took back my tablet from there and came back to Delhi after my busy schedule I took one day leave and looked for the Service center near by my place. I took it to Uttam Nagar Service Center and was surprised that being a Micromax Service center they dont handle job for tablet, They gave me a address in Ganesh Nagar where the tablet would get repaired so I went there and showed my tablet after checking they told me that it will take 10 to 15 days for repairing it. That was on[protected] as after 16 days I tried calling them on the no given by them as no one used to pick or respond I went back to service center after 20 days when again I was given 10 days time more. As day passed and I did not get any information regarding my tablet I again took a leave from my busy schedule and went back to the service center again this time by they promised me that you just come after 7 days without calling or without any information and we will give your tablet repaired. After not 7 days I went there after 11 days and this time they told me that they were unable to repair the tablet and its gone in company for repairing. Which took more days and a month its been 3 Months now. I went to the service center again for my P580 Tablet and this time I was surprised to see that they are replacing my Tablet with A102 which is smaller and I really do not like it as it has smaller screen for larger Screen I had purchased that tablet after arguing with them they told me to call company and talk to them. After calling the company I was treated like a beggar and the female who was speaking to me just told me take what company is giving or take your useless tablet back as it is i was so surprised to hear her as it was my mistake of buying a Tablet from them. I had complaint on the ID which was provided as it has been 4 days and they have not responded me back. I will be very highly obliged if you can help me to get my P580 back as I don't want a replacement in smaller phone. Thanking You, Regards, Alfred Noble Ducasse
