My self Durga madhab panda from kharagpur, WB. I bought canvas A110Q model phone on 21 Nov 13.after using for 10 months i found a dark spot on my screen.i took it to the nearest service center m/s belief enterprises in Malncha road near kharagpur.They simply returned me back saying that this fault will not cover under the warranty and if i wish, i will have to pay for that.They also suggested that dont waist money, rather keep the phone on direct sunlight for 2 to 3hrs.it will be alright...Now anybody can tell, is this the way you handle with your customer..if this is the way, i am ensuring you not only me but also those i know will never buy any product pertaning to this brand named..MICROMAX..JAI HIND Was this information helpful? | |
