I am Nilesh Verma. I have canvas Spark. I have problem in lock key problem. i give phone to gandhinagar service center on 17/11/2015 and job sheet number is W[protected] and invoice No is SB6D58/15-16/52107. Still i did not get and status about my service. Service center just said that phone send to company for replacement. But still i do not get my mobile status after 30 days.

Just lock key is not working properly.
I had very bad experience with micromax.
I do not purchase a single product from micromax because its service very bad.
