Micromax — Not updating the status of my mobile and ignoring my calls

I have submitted my mobile Canvas 2 A110 to micromax gallery for servicing on 20/08/2014. But they have still not returned my mobile. Whenever i call them, they reject my calls. I am just blank about the status of my mobile. I want to know what serious and strict action i should take to get my mobile back. Regards, Vishal P.S. attaching my followup emails with micromax.

did you recieve your phone back.??..the same is the case with me as well. my phone is with service centre for around 1 mointh now.
