Hi Micromax, This is second time I am writing to you and ... This is how you resolve a your customer’s complaints I have got a call from your micromax customer service department by saying that my issue will be resolve shortly Just I need to do is that I have to go micromax service portal and have to filled up a form which cost Rs 100/- and after that my issue will be resolve in a very short period of time. Or if I am filling not filling up the form then I have to wait for whatever time takes...it might takes 2 or 3 months of time. Instead of resolving my complaints your customer service Department trying to sell me a form which cost Rs 100/ and will be valid for 1 year - what will be scenario if a Customer is not friendly with computer of internet your customer service is good for nothing for them, so shut down your service team First time I have seen someone selling form instead of resolving complaints . Not only that Service centre also charging me Rs 250/- for repairing which is for replacing parts that is acceptable My question is to Micromax, is your Service have come down to this level then how would you own the confidence of customer’s in the field of television which is your new product. This service is forcing me to not connect with you business, remember one happy customer may not bring one more customer to you but one an unhappy customers always cost you ten customer’s to business Regards, Rajiv Agrahari [protected] Customer service is the key of success in retail.
