Micromax — Pathetic after sales services | |||
Hi this is about my customer experience about Micromax. There is hardly any update about the service centres in and around thane. I happened to visit a branch in Makhmali Talaw in Thane today. I simpley wanted to purchase a new battery for my Micromax A92 Model. The person - Avnesh Waghmare at the halpdesk without getting into details handed over me a coupon and asked me to wait until my turn comes. There 16 numbers prior to me, I tried to explain him that I don not to repair but just purchase a battery and I need not wait. Then I tried to put the same with his supervisor Mr.Rakesh Yadav, he seemed to be acrimonious, hostile and arrogant. He was not ready to listen my problem. I waited till the final Manager called Radhe sir sir came who arrived at 11..00 am. I explained him the story and shared my experience at last he understood that it was not required to keep waiting for people who do not have to repair mobile or create a jobsheet. There is no wisdom or thought process applied, staff is unprofessional and lack mannerism, hostile. Hardly bother to receive the complaints and customer have to wait atleast for 1.5 hours for their turn. If this is the after sales service I feel I regret purchasing the mobile. I have captured the video of the hostile and arrogant replies of the employee and would publish it to media or channels to bring the exact picture in from of people.
