Dear Concern,
I purchased Micromax A- 290 Night from Bonfone Mobile Store, Raj Nagar (RDC), Ghaziabad on 13th August 2014. In just 2 months time, the mobile has a charging problem. We went to the store as well as Your service center RDC, Ghaziabad in the month of November 2014. They said :
The charging unit will be replaced and we will charge Rs. 1250/- for it. (I need to understand that what is the meaning of warranty), still I said that its ok you get my mobile repaired and i personally requested the concern to get the set repaired in 7- 8 days as I my family lives alone in ghaziabad and i stay out of ghaziabad, to which he said ok.
Today was the eight day, my wife called at the service centre number to my biggest shock the concern person over phone said that we don't know when the part will come or when your mobile will come. It might take 20 or 30 or even more days. And even then you have a problem you can contact on[protected]which is showing wrong number).
I am really shocked and surprised to see that employees from such a known brand like Micromax don't know how to talk with the customers.
Sorry to say if this is your customer relationship than I would better switch from MixcroMax to any tom dick and harry mobile company where atleast I can assume about the same treatment well in advance.
Please suggest what I should do next. should I purchase new set of other company and think that I have been ditched for Rd. 13000/- by a company called Micromax or should I expect any positive response from Micromax.
