I'm writing this hoping someone from micromax would help me out...
I have purchased Micromax canvas gold A300 thru online abt 5 months back... Since then twice I have my handset for repair for same charging /battery issue... 1st time they took 22 days for replacement... When same complaint occurred again... Given handset for repair on 7th of April... 1st time Got TAT of 7 working days ...since then service center has postponed six times, every time gets postponed for 7 days... Today on May 23rd, service center has postponed for another 7 days...written mail several times to [protected]@micromaxinfo.com..even there its just assurance of early resolution, yet no result.
. Complaint number S[protected]...Mobile canvas gold A300.. Given for battery replacement at S3 communication, Jayanagar 3rd block, Bangalore ...
Never thought Micromax have such pathetic service...
