Subject- Extant my Phone Warenty & Replace my Phone with new pic.
1) First Time My Phone tuch has not proper Working. It’s Replace it
2) Second Time phone Body is Damage, Many Scratches for upper side, phone condisation is so Bed. Replace it
3) Third time My phone Micro SD card Has Not working, Battery Has Not proper Working & Charger Has not working for Charging. But if we Complain with Micromex care 31St October 2013 my complain no-[protected] it’s Commitment my phone is completed for after 15 Days but not competed my phone I am going for care he gives my phone without job completed message.20/11/2013 it give my phone
4) Forth time 21/11/2013 my phone Tuch has not proper fitting Battery is old & not for back up &phone condisation is so bed .
It’s service is so bed and not proper Ans. and not for customer satisfaction And other brand has so good for Micromex customer satisfaction.
Its big problem for EMI no- phone emi no &back side sticker emi no are different.
It’s change not proper docquement for emi no

12/12/2013 my job sheet is close I have going service center.but my phone condisition is bed, tuch has not proper fit &many sctrech for tuch inner side and battery is old I have call for care akshar communication was never speak phone condisition is bed . and not proper ans.its your problem.
