[Resolved]  Micromax — Phone handset not repair from last two month

Sir in my micromax mobile phone there is minor problem in touch screen. i deposit it to customer service center Lajpat Nagar New Delhi vide Job No - N[protected] on dated 22/09/2015. whenever i ask, customer executive told me within in 15-20 days it will repair.but till now my handset not repaired and not given me satisfy reply. again and again same reply from service executive. and nither given me any other handset for my use. i am in problem last two months due to non available of my mobile handset. kindly help me to reverse my mobile handset quickly. i shall be highly thankful to you. yours Rama Raj STS BSF Tigri New Delhi Mob - [protected]
