Micromax — phone is in service center from 1 month | |||
From 1 month my phone Micromax A116 Canvas HD is in service center if i call customer care they are saying for 2days then if i call after 2days they are asking for more 2 days and My job sheet number is S[protected]. I have lastly talked to Sneha madam in customer care yesterday(14/07/2014) she said your 20 working days will be over tomorrow (15/07/2014) so call tomorrow and talk to me you will get your handset tomorrow i asked if i don't get tomorrow then will you replace with me a new mobile she said we will try to give tomorrow or else will try to replace it but when i called today some other madam picked up call and said we can only just give you the status of your phone. Why they are handling a company when they are not able to give proper service to customers and Manager of that service center has switched off his phone itself after i called him today and so I'm want to file a case against their company and im very much angry on them and i want you to take severe action against their company Was this information helpful? | |||
